The rise and fall of Phoenix Jones, the Guardian of Seattle, is a story that continues to be an inspiration for people around the world. After all, it takes a lot of courage and determination to don an expensive bullet-proof suit and patrol the dark streets in search of crime.
It all began in 2010 when Benjamin Fodor, a husband, father and professional fighter, decided to take up arms against crime, under the alias Phoenix Jones. Despite facing criticism from both police and other fellow costumed heroes, he quickly gained fame for his attempts to foil car hijackings, break up street fights and even intimidate drug dealers. His courage was so inspiring that it spawned the Rain City Superhero Movement – a group of 10 individuals who wanted to make their mark on crime fighting in Seattle.

But this heroic quest would not come without its costs – both physical and mental. Phoenix Jones often received injuries as a result of his nocturnal activities; nevertheless he remained undeterred by the negative response from his detractors. As his fame grew, so did his disregard for following laws; which eventually resulted in his arrest on drug charges.
