Shaun White: The Guy who Raised the Bar in Snowboarding

Shaun Roger White is an American former professional snowboarder and skateboarder. He is a five-time Olympian and a three-time Olympic gold medalist in half-pipe snowboarding. He holds the world record for the most X Games gold medals and most Olympic gold medals by a snowboarder.
Shaun has also won 10 ESPY Awards throughout his career in various categories. He still earns money for living through his snowboarding career. But he also works as an actor.
Since 2020, he has been dating actress Nina Dobrev.
He has had the longstanding nickname, The Flying Tomato due to his red hair. In 2006, Rolling Stone magazine, wrote about his nickname, saying, “he used to embrace it, even wearing headbands with a flying-tomato logo, but he has grown tired of it”. At one point, he was nickname Animal, a reference to a character from The Muppet Show.
