We have all met a person who is alcoholic once in our life. Some of us live with them on a daily basis. Some of us have relatives that are alcoholic.
Such is the case with the young person in this feature documentary. His uncle, John, is an alcoholic. He is also a husband and father, and a former artist and carpenter.
The young man went to visit, and was surprised as the uncle wanted to talk on camera about his alcohol use. John has went from ostensibly healthy person, to a housebound debilitated state you see in the feature documentary.
The idea of the movie is to just let John talk, with a camera rolling, and let the audience see what a person addicted to alcohol had to say about being addicted to alcohol.
