Self-made millionaire Warren Buffet knows a thing or two about investments and debt. With a net worth of $63 billion, he is among the top 10 richest people in the world.

Buffet mentions three pillars and three qualities he looks when he hires people. Those integrity, intelligence and energy. And according to the billionaire, integrity is probably the most important. Because you cannot always throw the ball as high as someone else, but if you have integrity, and you match it with your energy and intelligence, something good will happen.
