As one of the world’s most expensive cities, Hong Kong’s residents and young creatives face soaring rents. In this documentary, German startup founder Fridtjof Detzner and architect Vicky Chan explore innovative solutions for urban overcrowding while highlighting the impact of high costs.
At the 2018 New York Festivals, this documentary received several awards. It won the Gold World Medal for Cinematography and the Silver World Medal for Human Concerns. In addition, the whole series received the Bronze World Medal in the Documentaries category, a testament to the quality of this remarkable piece of film-making.
