As a society, we must take a better care of our children. Not all children are lucky enough to be born into a family that cares for them. But our society has to find a way to protect them.
The problem is, in some cases, society fails to protect the children. This is just one example of one country, but there are cases like this happening all around the world.
We must strive to improve the quality of life for children all around the world, and prevent horrors like this one happening. BBC did a wonderful documentary about a facility in Bulgaria, and how the facility failed to do its main role. Instead of protecting the children, the facility made their life even harder.
