What happened at the event?

The report presented the confrontation as part of the wrestling event’s angle, rather than evidence of an off-screen dispute.

Rebel was identified in the report as a former Impact Wrestling Knockout. Sawant is an Indian actress and reality television personality. The report’s November 12, 2018 publication date places the reported segment in that period; no primary event footage or participant post is available here to independently confirm the sequence or its context.
Was the feud real?
The available account supports describing this as a reported wrestling storyline involving Rebel and Sawant, not as a confirmed personal feud. Professional wrestling angles are presented as conflict within a show, and the WrestlingInc article framed this incident in that context. No independent evidence establishes that the two were feuding outside the event.

What did Sawant allege about Tanushree Dutta?
WrestlingInc also reported that Sawant had accused actress Tanushree Dutta of drugging and raping her years earlier, and that Sawant invoked the accusation in the wrestling angle by claiming Dutta had paid Rebel to injure her. This is an allegation reported by WrestlingInc, not an independently established fact. The available account does not substantiate it, so it should not be treated as proof of wrongdoing by Dutta or of a real-life arrangement involving Rebel.
