MobileSyrup’s May 21, 2021 article listed seven films under the heading “Tubi starting in June,” meaning they were scheduled to join Fox-owned Tubi, a free, ad-supported streaming service, in June 2021. This page sets out that list, what the source does and does not establish, and why it should be read as a dated record rather than a current schedule.
The seven films on the June 2021 list
The following titles appear under “Tubi starting in June” in the MobileSyrup article:
| # | Title | Release year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Austin Powers in Goldmember | 2002 |
| 2 | Ghost in the Shell | 2017 |
| 3 | Green Lantern | 2011 |
| 4 | How to Train Your Dragon | 2010 |
| 5 | P.S. I Love You | 2007 |
| 6 | The Last Airbender | 2010 |
| 7 | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles | 2014 |
None of the seven is a documentary. Most are live-action studio features, How to Train Your Dragon is animated, and P.S. I Love You is a romantic drama. Readers looking for nonfiction on Tubi will not find it in this list.
What the 2021 article establishes
- Source and date: MobileSyrup, published May 21, 2021.
- Service description: The article describes Tubi as free and supported by short ad breaks, which it says occur at 12–15 minute intervals. That is the article’s own 2021 description, not an independently measured figure.
- Platforms named: Android, iOS, Roku, Apple TV, PS4, and Xbox. The article names these as platforms and gives no device-by-device setup instructions.
Limits of this list
- The original page is no longer available. When checked, the MobileSyrup article URL returned a 404 error, so the seven titles above come from the surviving text of the piece. The full article may have listed more titles.
- The territory is not stated. The surviving text opens by discussing Canadian streaming services, and it does not say which country the June catalog applied to. Readers elsewhere should not assume the same titles were offered in their region.
- The year matters. A 2020 MobileSyrup article with a similar headline also exists. This page follows the May 2021 article only.
- Streaming catalogs change. A title listed for June 2021 may have since left the service, and a title not on this list may now be available.
Checking what Tubi offers now
For current availability, search for the specific title in the Tubi app or on Tubi’s website, since those show what is streaming at the time you look. An archived 2021 list cannot confirm what is available in 2026.
