Official offline viewing saves a title inside a service’s app for playback under that service’s rules. It does not provide an unrestricted file to keep or move to another player. Use the official app or website; the cited platform information does not support bypassing digital-rights controls or using unofficial download sites.
Rakuten Viki offline viewing
Viki’s support page says eligible downloads require Viki Pass Plus or a purchased rental, a supported title, and the mobile app. The listed minimums are Android app version 9.0+ or iOS app version 15.0+. iQIYI’s international service information describes offline viewing and distinguishes free access from VIP benefits, including VIP-only downloads. Its app page also advertises offline viewing.
