Season 2 of Hell’s Paradise has already premiered, so the question is no longer what is coming next season but what the new episodes cover, where to watch them, and what the official sources do and do not say about a future season. As of October 8, 2026, the first season’s follow-up is out, and the official franchise site lists all 25 episodes as available on its named services.
When Season 2 premiered
Crunchyroll announced the subtitled premiere for January 11, 2026 at 7:15 a.m. PT, and its coverage covers North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS. Streaming catalogs are region-specific, so the premiere date is a global reference point rather than a guarantee that every episode is available in every country. The Japanese broadcast began on January 11, 2026 at 23:45 JST, according to Crunchyroll’s dated premiere report.

What the new season covers
The official preview places the characters at the Tensen’s stronghold while they search for the elixir. Escape depends on cooperation between the death-row convicts and their executioners, and new arrivals have been ordered to the island. The story then escalates into an all-out confrontation between humans and Tensen.
#1 Best Overall
That is the extent of what the official synopsis establishes. If you want to avoid spoilers, expect the season to focus on the uneasy partnership between convicts and executioners, the search for the elixir, and a conflict that grows from a survival problem into open war between the two sides.
Where to watch
There are three distinct routes, and each has different limits.
Rank #2
| Route | What it gives you | Availability limits |
|---|---|---|
| Crunchyroll (subtitled) | Season 2 episodes with subtitles, premiering January 11, 2026 | Catalog is region-specific; check your country’s availability before subscribing |
| Japanese streaming (Prime Video, Netflix, Lemino) | Named in Twin Engine’s September 30, 2025 distribution announcement | The official franchise site lists 25 episodes as available across the named services as of October 8, 2026; the page does not separately state that Season 2 alone has 25 episodes. Episodes 1–13 are listed on other platforms. |
| Manga (VIZ Media) | Individual volumes and a complete box set of the source manga by Yuji Kaku | The series ran on Shonen Jump+ from January 2018 to January 2021 and has 13 volumes, per Crunchyroll News (2026) |
The Japanese streaming figures are a snapshot. Check the official franchise site for the current listing, and check VIZ Media’s official page for current manga editions and availability.
Who made Season 2
According to Twin Engine’s Season 2 announcement, the production team includes:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems- Director: Kaori Makita
- Series composition: Akira Kindaichi
- Character design: Koji Hisaki
- Music: Yoshiaki Dewa
- Animation production: MAPPA
The announcement does not state which of these roles carried over from Season 1, so avoid assuming continuity beyond what the credits show.
Is there a Season 3?
No official Season 3 announcement is established by the sources cited here. Neither the production announcement nor the official franchise site confirms a third season or any other continuation as of October 8, 2026. Without a confirmed date or planned source material, any release window or adaptation scope would be speculation.

Reading the manga alongside the anime
If you want more of the story now, the manga is the only route with a fully established catalog: VIZ Media lists individual volumes and a complete box set. No official mapping of Season 2’s episodes to specific manga chapters or volumes has been published, so the manga will not tell you exactly where the anime stops. Read ahead of the anime at your own risk if you want to avoid spoilers.
