¿Qué dijo Ximena Duque sobre MONAT en 2023?
El 17 de agosto de 2023, People en Español informó que Duque había explicado en una transmisión en vivo que no había dejado MONAT. Dijo que había reducido el ritmo de su actividad y que, junto con su esposo, había abierto un negocio de ropa. También describió su trabajo con MONAT como más centrado en apoyar a líderes y a su equipo. People en Español, 17 de agosto de 2023.
Esa respuesta es histórica: no debe tomarse como una descripción de su vínculo actual con la empresa. Su etapa en MONAT terminó al año siguiente.
¿Cuándo dejó MONAT y qué hizo después?
En junio de 2024, Duque anunció que terminaba su etapa en MONAT. Según la cobertura de People en Español, explicó que la dirección de la compañía ya no coincidía con la razón por la que se había unido. Posteriormente anunció su incorporación a Farmasi, otra compañía de belleza de venta directa. People en Español, 2 de julio de 2024.

¿También se fue de Farmasi?
Sí. En enero de 2025, Duque comunicó que ya no pertenecía a Farmasi. La cobertura de People en Español atribuyó su salida a razones que ella expuso: una política relacionada con la participación en mercadeo en red de cónyuges y otras personas de su hogar, y su desacuerdo con restricciones sobre lo que podía compartir en redes sociales. Esa es la explicación que se le atribuyó; no constituye una verificación independiente de las políticas internas de Farmasi. People en Español, actualizado el 2 de febrero de 2025.
¿En qué está enfocada ahora?
En una entrevista con ¡HOLA! Américas publicada el 2 de octubre de 2026, Duque confirmó que había regresado a Farmasi el día anterior junto con Jay Adkins. Contó que en febrero de 2025 hizo una pausa para apoyar los proyectos de su esposo, dedicar más tiempo a sus hijas y bajar el ritmo. Duque describió su cambio de perspectiva así: “Hoy entiendo que la estabilidad no significa permanecer siempre en el mismo lugar”. En la entrevista también expresó que retoma esta actividad porque, según ella, le permite ayudar a otras personas.
