Bryan and LaPaglia began dating in July 2023, according to the Los Angeles Times. The Times described the relationship as lasting about a year at the time of the announcement; the Miami Herald described it as 15 months. These are approximate descriptions, not a precisely established duration.

In the statement quoted by the Los Angeles Times, Bryan wrote: “Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart.” He also said he had “an incredibly hard year personally” and had struggled through “some pretty severe things,” adding that he thought going their separate ways would be beneficial.

Those remarks provide Bryan’s personal context, but they do not identify a specific cause for the breakup. His statement did not give a detailed explanation.

LaPaglia wrote, “Hey guys I’m feeling really blindsided right now,” according to the Los Angeles Times. She said she planned to step away from social media for a while and try to heal privately.
