Zach Bryan announced his breakup with Brianna LaPaglia on October 22, 2024. That figure is her account, not an independently verified payment or a confirmed signed agreement.
When did Zach Bryan and Brianna LaPaglia break up?
Bryan and LaPaglia had been dating since July 2023, according to the Los Angeles Times. On October 22, 2024, Bryan announced on Instagram that they had broken up. The Times quoted his statement: “Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart.” He also said he had been having an “incredibly hard year personally.”

LaPaglia said soon afterward that she felt “really blindsided” and planned to step away from social media to heal privately, the Times reported. The public announcement and her immediate reaction establish the timing of the breakup announcement; they do not, by themselves, explain what led to the relationship ending.
What did Brianna LaPaglia say about the NDA?
On the November 7, 2024 episode of the BFFs podcast, LaPaglia alleged that Bryan’s team contacted her with NDA options and that the proposed amount rose to $12 million. The Independent reported her account and quoted her saying: “His team would call me. They gave me all these options. They started low, then they went up to $10m, then they went up to $12m, then they wanted to give me a house.”

That is LaPaglia’s allegation as reported by The Independent, not an independently established offer. The newspaper said it had contacted Bryan’s representatives for comment; its article did not include a response. That reporting does not establish whether a response was made elsewhere.
What did the later 2025 posts say?
In July 2025, Realtor.com reported on social media posts in which Bryan shared messages he attributed to LaPaglia, and LaPaglia responded with messages she attributed to his manager. The reported descriptions of the terms differed: one message was described as referring to $12 million, while the message LaPaglia attributed to the manager described a house plus either $3 million or $10 million in cash.

Realtor.com’s account does not independently authenticate the screenshots or show that the parties reached or signed a final agreement. The posts therefore add competing accounts of the proposed terms, rather than resolving what, if anything, was ultimately agreed.
