How does the original track sound?
In its November 21 release announcement, Aerosmith described an opening built around Steven Tyler and Yungblud singing a cappella, with layered harmonies. Echoing guitars, a steady beat and rumbling bass follow, and Joe Perry’s guitar solo closes the track. That is the artists’ description of the arrangement, rather than an independent review. Aerosmith’s EP announcement also identifies the song as the first track on the release.
What is on the One More Time EP?
The EP was released November 21, 2025, via Capitol Records. Matt Schwartz produced it. Aerosmith and Yungblud co-wrote four original songs; the fifth track is a 2025 mix of Aerosmith’s “Back In The Saddle.”

The four originals were co-written by Aerosmith and Yungblud, according to the label announcement; the track list and production credit appear in Aerosmith’s release announcement.
What did the artists say about working together?
Universal Music Canada’s September 19, 2025 announcement quoted the artists on the collaboration. Steven Tyler said, “The decision to meet Yungblud and make this music with him…was like plugging into pure electricity!” Joe Perry called the result “an amazing collaboration between Aerosmith and Yungblud.” Yungblud, identified in the announcement as Dominic Harrison, said holding a vinyl bearing both names was “truly blowing my mind.” The label announcement carries the full statements.

How did “My Only Angel” perform?
Aerosmith’s November 21, 2025 announcement said the single debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart and stayed in the Top 10 for three weeks. The band also reported entries at No. 20 on Billboard’s Hot Rock Songs chart and No. 23 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart. These are figures reported by Aerosmith in its release announcement, not independently verified or current chart measurements.
The same announcement reported more than two million first-week streams and more than 22 million total streams at the time of publication. What physical editions were announced?
Aerosmith announced limited-edition vinyl, CD and cassette editions of One More Time. Its September announcement also promoted a store-exclusive vinyl and an Aerosmith x Yungblud merchandise range. The announcements establish that these formats and products were offered, but do not establish current stock, prices or availability through a particular retailer. No. “My Only Angel (Desert Road Version),” shared October 24, 2025, is a separate, stripped-back reinterpretation featuring Steve Martin on banjo. It followed the original single and should not be confused with the EP’s lead-track version. Aerosmith’s release announcement describes the original’s beat and Perry solo, while the Desert Road Version announcement identifies the later arrangement and Martin’s contribution.
