An event archive on setlist.fm lists the following times for the day. These are scheduled times entered by users of the site, not confirmed start times, so they should be read as the plan for the day rather than a record of what happened on stage.

What is and is not established
- The six-act lineup comes from Willie Nelson’s official announcement, which is the most authoritative source here.
- The venue, date and listed schedule come from a setlist.fm event archive, which is user-maintained. The schedule times are labelled as scheduled, not verified.
- Bob Dylan’s official website corroborates the Austin venue and date.
- No attendance figure for the 2025 picnic is established by these sources, and none is estimated here.
For a retrospective answer, the core facts are settled: the lineup, the venue and the date. The actual running order on the night is the one detail that remains unconfirmed.
