No. NCIS: Tony & Ziva was cancelled after one season, with the decision reported on December 19, 2025. Its October 23 finale now serves as the series ending: Tony and Ziva work through their history and begin dating again. There is no announced Season 2, revival, or movie. Michael Weatherly is reported to return as Tony in NCIS Season 24, but that is a separate return to the flagship series—not a continuation of the spinoff.
Was NCIS: Tony & Ziva cancelled?
Yes. Paramount+ and CBS Studios cancelled the series after its first season. Deadline reported the cancellation on December 19, 2025, about two months after the finale. No second season has been announced.
Is there an NCIS: Tony & Ziva Season 2 release date?
No release date exists because Season 2 is not moving forward. The first season’s October 23, 2025 finale is the show’s ending for now, rather than a setup for a confirmed new season.
How did the finale leave Tony and Ziva?
The finale resolved the central relationship: after working through decades of baggage, Tony and Ziva start dating again. In a joint statement, Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo said, “We feel incredibly lucky to have had the chance to play these characters once again and to tell the next chapter of Tony and Ziva’s story.” They also thanked fans who “finally got to see Tony and Ziva find their happily ever after.” De Pablo wrote on Instagram, “May Tony and Ziva walk into their forever.”

Paramount+ does not typically publish viewing figures for individual shows, and no official Paramount+ audience totals were reported. The numbers above come from third-party measurement or press accounts, not a studio disclosure.
Is Tony coming back to NCIS? What about Ziva?

Fans organized a petition and bought a billboard near Times Square, but no studio revival has been announced. Weatherly responded to the campaign on X, signing off with “Big kiss for 2026.” That message acknowledged the fans; it was not an announcement of a renewal.
