What changed on Cycle 19
The next cycle introduced a different judging panel and gave viewers a formal role in eliminations, consistent with Banks’s public description of a “new boost.” In August 2012, she named Kelly Cutrone, Rob Evans, and Bryanboy as the new judges and said the home audience would have one-fourth of the say in eliminations.
