Rebecca Falcone on Landman is played by Kayla Wallace. The most likely reason she looks familiar is Wallace’s recurring role as telephone operator Fiona Miller on Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart, which is the role that both Paramount+ and TV Week highlight. Her other television guest parts and Hallmark-style films may also be where some viewers first saw her.
Who plays Rebecca Falcone
Paramount+’s season-two cast guide lists the character as “Kayla Wallace as Rebecca Falcone” (Paramount+, Landman cast guide). Wallace is an actor with a long list of television and film work, so the face is familiar to many viewers even if the name is not.
The likeliest source of recognition: When Calls the Heart
For most viewers, the strongest clue is Fiona Miller. Paramount+ says Wallace played the character in parts of seven seasons of When Calls the Heart. Forbes gives a more specific account in its January 2026 article: Wallace was a recurring cast member in seasons six through ten and returned in a guest capacity for seasons eleven and twelve (Forbes, January 18, 2026). TV Week describes Fiona as a telephone operator who comes to Hope Valley and names the role as Wallace’s best-known (TV Week).
Because the sources describe the run in different ways, the safest summary is that Wallace was a regular on the show for several seasons and appeared in later seasons in a smaller capacity.

Rebecca’s role in Landman
Knowing the actor helps with recognition, but the character is also a reason viewers remember her. Rebecca is a company lawyer, and her job and relationships shift across the first two seasons.
Season one
Rebecca enters the series as an M-Tex lawyer brought into Tommy Norris’s orbit after an oil-field explosion. Paramount+ describes her as an ambitious liability lawyer. In the first season she clashes with Tommy, works on the company’s legal problems and gradually adapts to the people and industry around her. By the end of season one, Paramount+ says she has become M-Tex’s vice president of exploration (Paramount+).

Why the job title varies
