No. There is material during the main credits, including Iris’s clippings and a penny rolling into darkness, but it is not a separate scene after the credits. TheWrap and Forbes both report that the film has no post-credits scene.

What post-credits scene did the directors consider?
Stein and Lipovsky said they discussed an idea for a post-credits scene. Stein described it as intriguing, but said, “in the end we didn’t shoot it,” in TheWrap’s interview with the directors. They did not disclose what the idea involved, so its intended characters or story cannot be established from their comments.
Was the unfilmed idea dropped because Tony Todd died?
The available reporting does not make that connection. The directors’ comments establish only that they considered an unspecified idea and did not film it; they do not attribute that decision to Todd’s death. Todd died on November 6, 2024, and Bloodlines was his final screen credit, according to TheWrap. Those facts do not establish why the separate credits idea was left unfilmed.

How does Tony Todd’s farewell appear in the film?
The filmmakers wanted to explain William Bludworth’s origins and give the character a goodbye, while also giving Todd a chance to say goodbye to the audience. Lipovsky described that intention in TIME.
Bludworth’s scene was scripted, but Stein said the filmmakers asked Todd what he wanted to say. Todd improvised its final lines. Stein told TheWrap that those lines were “all improvised by him, speaking from the heart about what life means in his own words.” Producer Craig Perry likewise described Todd’s farewell as unscripted and intended for fans in Forbes.
