How did Mel B and Rory McPhee meet and start dating?
The available reports do not establish exactly when or where they first met. Brown has said McPhee was a family friend, and Us Weekly’s relationship timeline dates their romance to 2019, after they had known each other for years. (Us Weekly)
In a January 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Brown said that the trust between them made a new relationship feel safe and real. She said, “He’s made me believe in love again and trust again.” That is Brown’s description of her experience, not an independently measurable claim. She also joked about McPhee’s hairstyling work: “He got my curls flowing again!” (Us Weekly)
