What counts as a Lifetime movie?
The ranking’s scope is broader than films commissioned or first aired by the Lifetime channel alone: it also counts LMN films. Informal uses of “Lifetime movie” may mean only Lifetime-branded originals, so rankings can differ depending on whether LMN titles are included.

Other counting choices can also affect a tally: whether it includes any credited appearance or only starring roles, how it treats alternate titles or repeat listings, and whether a film acquired or rerun by Lifetime counts. The Ranker page establishes its Lifetime-and-LMN scope, but does not settle those other rules in the reviewed content.
Is there a confirmed all-time winner?
No authoritative official all-time count is established by the available sources. Ranker provides an ordered third-party list, but not audited, comparable totals for each actor. A biographical page describes Meredith Thomas as known for many Lifetime movies and cites a January 2022 report titled “Lifetime star Meredith Thomas debuts 30th TV film.” The milestone refers to a television-film career figure as framed by that report; it does not establish that she had appeared in 30 Lifetime movies.
