The exact percentage each man holds has not been publicly disclosed. Who owns the U.S. BlazeTV service
The operating company is Blaze Media LLC. Blaze Media’s own About page carries a “© 2026 Blaze Media LLC” notice and lists BlazeTV as one of the company’s products, alongside Blaze News, Blaze Live, Blaze Radio and Blaze Podcasts. Beck is not the sole owner according to that reporting, so “Is Blaze TV owned by Glenn Beck?” is only partly answered by yes. He is one of two named co-owners.
How Beck’s stake is linked to Mercury Radio Arts
The same LegalClarity report says Beck holds his stake through Mercury Radio Arts, and it associates Katz’s position with the 2018 merger contribution of CRTV. Mercury Radio Arts is the link that a 2017 Premiere Networks announcement helps confirm. That announcement describes Mercury Radio Arts as Glenn Beck’s multimedia production company and names TheBlaze TV as one of its digital platforms. What is not established: the exact split
