Most of the principal Blindspot cast kept working after NBC’s crime thriller ended in 2020, moving across television, film, theatre, voice acting and tabletop performance. The later credits below come from a People roundup republished by AOL and show what each performer has been reported in, not their confirmed status in 2026. Sullivan Stapleton, Jaimie Alexander, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza and Ashley Johnson anchored the show, and the rest of the ensemble is covered in the table further down.
The show in brief
Blindspot was an original NBC crime thriller created by Martin Gero. Netflix Tudum says it aired from 2015 to 2020 and ran for five seasons. Its premise follows an amnesiac woman, known as Jane Doe and played by Jaimie Alexander, who is found in Times Square with tattoos that help an FBI team solve a larger mystery.
The lead ensemble
Sullivan Stapleton as Kurt Weller
The People roundup lists Stapleton’s earlier films 300: Rise of an Empire, Cut Snake and Ride Like a Girl. Among his later credits it names the Australian drama After the Verdict (2022).
Jaimie Alexander as Jane Doe
Alexander is known for playing Lady Sif in the Thor films. The roundup also names her work on the Marvel projects Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Loki and What If…?. It reports public appearances, her work as an ambassador for Self Help Africa, and social-media thanks she posted to viewers in 2025 after the show arrived on Netflix.

Ashley Johnson as Patterson
Johnson has continued with Critical Role and voice acting. The roundup lists her animation work on Teen Titans, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Infinity Train and The Legend of Vox Machina, and her role with the Critical Role Foundation. Her path is the clearest example in the ensemble of a career that moved toward voice and tabletop work.
The supporting cast
The table lists each performer’s character and the later credits the People roundup names. “Not stated” means the roundup does not name later work for that performer.

What the finale did for the characters
A character’s fictional ending is separate from what the actor did afterward. TV Insider’s June 9, 2025 recap says the team stopped the ZIP bomb and Jane received the antidote. It describes Jane and Kurt with their family, Zapata as a mother and private investigator, and future adventures for Patterson and Rich Dotcom.
The same article says no spinoff was in development at that time. Creator Martin Gero had expressed openness to a Zapata P.I. show or a Patterson and Rich Dotcom concept, but neither has been announced as a project. TV Insider also quoted Gero on the ending: “I think the ending speaks for itself.” The same interview notes that viewers interpret the ending differently.

The most concrete recent driver in the sources is streaming. Netflix Tudum’s overview, published July 3, 2025, states that all five seasons were streaming on Netflix. The show’s return to a large catalog prompted public responses from cast members, including Alexander’s 2025 thanks to viewers and Brown’s July 2025 acknowledgment of the Netflix audience. That is why interest in where the performers are now has resurfaced.
