What is known about Crittenton’s life after prison?

In December 2009, a dispute involving Arenas followed an argument related to a card game and escalated into a locker-room gun incident. The Washington Post’s 2025 reconstruction notes that early accounts included inaccuracies, so the simplified version that the two players drew guns on each other should not be treated as a reliable description of what happened. Both players were suspended for the rest of the season.
In the documentary context, Crittenton said of his relationship with Arenas, “I’m thankful for the relationship that we have to this day.” The Post reported that Arenas checks on him. The statement and reporting provide context for their connection, but do not establish Crittenton’s day-to-day circumstances now.
