My Hero Academia Season 7 premiered on Crunchyroll on May 4, 2024, at 2:30 a.m. Pacific Time. Crunchyroll’s announcement of that date is the platform-specific source for the streaming time, and the Japanese TV broadcast was set for the same day. The season is therefore already out, and the dates below are historical.
The premiere date and time
Crunchyroll’s guide states that Season 7 “premieres on May 4, 2024 at 2:30am Pacific Time” (Crunchyroll Season 7 guide). Its Spring 2024 lineup gives the same start as “New Episodes: Starting May 4 at 2:30 a.m. PT” (Crunchyroll Spring 2024 lineup). Because the time is given in Pacific Time, viewers in other time zones will see a different local start.

The Memories recaps came first
Crunchyroll ran four recap episodes under the title My Hero Academia: Memories before the new season. They began on April 6, 2024, and aired on April 6, 13, 20, and 27. These were recap episodes, not Season 7 itself, so the April dates should not be read as the premiere.

Crunchyroll’s 2024 announcement listed availability in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
