July 2026 has passed, so this is a retrospective guide to anime that premiered or continued on Crunchyroll during the month. The seasonal slate included new series and returning seasons; the weekly Release Calendar is the better place to check specific episode dates. Availability and language options can vary by region.
New anime premieres in July 2026
Crunchyroll’s Summer 2026 lineup, announced June 17 and updated June 30, included several new series scheduled for the season. Examples include BLACK TORCH, Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia, and KAIJU GIRL CARAMELISE. These are examples from the announced slate, not a complete list of every July arrival. A season-level announcement does not mean every series began on the same day: some shows premiered later in the month, while others continued into July after an earlier start. For an exact date, use the calendar entry for the series rather than the season announcement alone.
Returning series with new seasons
July’s slate also included returning shows. Notable examples were Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation season 3, The Elusive Samurai season 2, and You and I Are Polar Opposites season 2. These are new seasons, not first-time series premieres.

July 6 premieres and weekly episodes
Crunchyroll’s Release Calendar listed July 6 premieres including Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky, The Insipid Prince’s Furtive Grab for the Throne, A Livid Lady’s Guide to Getting Even: How I Crushed My Homeland with My Mighty Grimoires, and Grand Blue Dreaming season 3. The calendar also lists continuing episodes alongside premieres, so a date on the grid does not necessarily mean a show debuted that day.
For additional entries and the latest schedule details, check Crunchyroll’s Release Calendar. Its filters distinguish “Premium Episodes” from “Free New Episodes.” Some listings appear in multiple language versions; the calendar does not establish that every subtitle or dub is offered in every country.

Where to check availability and episode timing
Crunchyroll describes simulcasts as arriving the same day they are broadcast in Japan. Its official Simulcast Calendar says, “Access the latest anime and drama on the same day it is broadcast in Japan,” and directs viewers to Premium for the latest simulcast episodes. That describes the service’s simulcast offering, not a guarantee of identical release timing or catalog rights in every territory.
Because schedules and streaming rights can change, open the series’ local Crunchyroll page before watching to confirm whether it is available in your region and which audio and subtitle options are listed. The calendar advertises a seven-day Premium trial, but eligibility and plan terms can vary; check the current offer before relying on it.
