Elliott Gould and Christina Pickles continued acting after Friends. Gould went on to appear in films including the Ocean’s trilogy, Contagion and Ruby Sparks, as well as television shows such as Ray Donovan. Pickles continued working too, earning an Emmy in 2018 for the short-form series Break a Hip.
Friends made them the Geller parents
Gould played Jack Geller, father of Ross and Monica, while Pickles played their mother, Judy. Both actors appeared as the Gellers in “The One with the Prom Video.” Their roles became familiar to viewers, but they were parts of careers that began long before the sitcom and continued afterward.
