She has also shared a limited health update and returned to the RHONJ conversation as a podcast guest. Those dated public details offer a snapshot—not a complete account of her private life.
What does Ashlee Holmes do after RHONJ?
In an April 2024 profile, Bravo described Holmes as a professional makeup artist with more than 11 years in the beauty industry at that time. The article named bridal and prosthetic makeup among her specialties; that is a dated description, not confirmation of her current bookings or résumé. Bravo’s 2024 profile of Ashlee Holmes also covered her son’s jiu-jitsu training.
Is Ashlee Holmes still married to Pete Malleo?
No. Bravo reported that Holmes and Malleo finalized their divorce in May 2022. They have continued to co-parent Cameron, according to Bravo’s coverage. Its updates describe family time and shared parenting activities, but do not establish their present custody schedule or either person’s current relationship status. Bravo’s March 2023 co-parenting update and its April 2024 profile provide the dated details.
What has she said about her health?
In an Instagram post dated June 22, 2025, Holmes said, “The good news? Family is great. Career is great,” while also describing unspecified health issues and personal stressors. Bravo reported that she had mentioned gaining roughly 40 pounds since December. That figure is her report at the time, not a current measurement or medical explanation. She did not identify a diagnosis, so it would be inaccurate to infer one from her comments or weight change. Bravo’s July 2025 account of her update is the source for those statements.

Has Ashlee Holmes appeared publicly since leaving the show?
Yes. The latest appearance in the cited public coverage is a September 30, 2026 episode of Dear Albie titled “Cousin Ashlee Makes Her Return!” The episode listing says Holmes joined the hosts to revisit what she remembered from RHONJ’s early days. The brief description confirms the appearance, but does not provide detailed new information about her work, family arrangements, or day-to-day life. Read the episode listing on iHeart.
What remains unclear about her life now?
The cited updates do not verify Holmes’s current residence, relationship status, exact co-parenting schedule, current makeup work, diagnosis, or everyday routine. They also describe Cameron as six in a 2023 report and seven in a 2024 profile; those are ages at the time of publication, not current ages. A short podcast listing and older entertainment updates cannot fill in those gaps.
