Gizmodo’s December 9, 2024 roundup, “Updates From the Return of Rick and Morty, and More,” reported on the first teaser for season 8. The teaser’s wording, from Adult Swim UK & Europe, was: “Rick and Morty returns in 2025. Jerry included.”
