Tracker Season 3 returned on Sunday, March 1, 2026, airing 9:00–10:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. That was a midseason return, not a new premiere. Season 3 began on October 19, 2025, and the March 1 episode was episode 10, “The Fallout.”
What the March 1 return was
The season’s fall run covered episodes 1 through 9. After a break, the sequence resumed on March 1, 2026 with episode 10, “The Fallout,” according to CBS’s official Season 3 episode guide. CBS’s episode notice for that episode gives the broadcast hour as Sunday, 9:00–10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Because the season had already started in October, “The Fallout” should be described as the return, not the premiere.

Either Paramount+ Essential or Premium gives on-demand access the day after broadcast. CBS’s official Season 3 guide reports all 22 episodes as available on demand.
What official sources do not explain
CBS and Paramount’s published schedule information gives the date and hour but does not state why Season 3 returned on March 1 rather than in the fall. No ratings figure or executive explanation tied to the timeslot appears in those materials, so any reason beyond the schedule itself would be speculation.

CBS’s listings also include schedule information for a later season. Those dates belong to that later season and should not be used to describe the March 1, 2026 Season 3 return.
