The available reports do not verify that Taylor Swift revealed a sixth cover for The Life of a Showgirl. They establish that the album was offered in several physical formats, including collectible cover-art editions, but do not identify a sixth image, reveal date, or announcement channel.
What is known about the sixth cover?
No verified source here identifies a sixth cover or documents Swift revealing one. That means the image and the circumstances of any supposed reveal remain unconfirmed; it would be misleading to describe either as fact.

If you are looking for a particular cover, confirm the artwork shown on the retailer’s product page and the edition description before ordering. A listing for a CD, vinyl, or cassette is not by itself evidence that the item has a sixth-cover design. The documented Target-exclusive CDs are described as having collectible front and back cover art, but the listing does not say that either is the unverified sixth cover.
