Tucker denied wrongdoing. The NFL later suspended him for violating its personal conduct policy, and the Ravens released him; neither decision is a criminal conviction or civil judgment.
What are the allegations against Justin Tucker?
The Baltimore Banner reported that massage therapists accused Tucker of inappropriate behavior during professional massage sessions at Baltimore-area spas. The incidents described in the initial coverage were said to have occurred from 2012 to 2016. NFL.com’s January 30, 2025 summary said six therapists at four spas had made accusations.
Later reporting described a larger number of accusers. ESPN, citing the Banner, reported by February 25, 2025, that 16 massage therapists from eight Baltimore-area spas had made allegations. These figures reflect how the reports developed; they are not findings that the alleged conduct occurred.
What did Tucker say?
Tucker denied wrongdoing in response to the initial reporting, as summarized by NFL.com. After the NFL announced its discipline, his agent, Rob Roche, said, “We are disappointed with the NFL’s decision,” and said Tucker stood by his previous statements, according to NFL.com.
What did the NFL investigation decide?
On June 26, 2025, the NFL announced that Tucker would be suspended without pay for 10 weeks for violating the league’s personal conduct policy. The suspension was scheduled to begin August 26, and he was eligible for reinstatement November 11. The league said he could sign with a team while serving the suspension. The announcement describes a league policy decision, not a criminal conviction or civil judgment. The Associated Press reported the suspension; NFL.com published the league outcome and Tucker’s agent’s response.
The underlying investigative file and a full public explanation of the evidence behind the NFL’s decision are not included in the cited public accounts. The league’s action therefore should be described as a policy sanction, not as a court’s determination of the allegations.
Why did the Ravens release him?
The Ravens released Tucker on May 5, 2025, after 13 seasons with the team. The club described the release as a football decision, while the allegations and NFL investigation were ongoing. A roster move is not itself a finding about whether alleged conduct occurred. NFL.com reported the release.

Before the release, general manager Eric DeCosta called the allegations “serious and concerning” at the NFL scouting combine on February 25, 2025. He said the team would wait for information from the league investigation before deciding Tucker’s future. The Ravens published DeCosta’s comments.
Is Justin Tucker still with the Ravens, or has another team signed him?
No. The Ravens released him in May 2025. Later reports should be distinguished from a signing: NFL.com reported in October 2025 that the New Orleans Saints planned a workout with Tucker, and its player page lists a reported Jets tryout in its September 2026 news feed. A planned workout or tryout does not establish that he signed a contract or earned a roster spot. As listed on NFL.com’s player page on October 8, 2026, Tucker was a free agent.
