Using current WWE superstar profiles as the roster-based definition of “active” on October 8, 2026, the five wrestlers in scope are Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Jacob Fatu. Roman Reigns ranks first on the clearest documented distinction: WWE identified him as World Heavyweight Champion at that cutoff. The available evidence does not support a reliable order among the other four, so they share second place rather than receive an invented ranking.
Who counts as an active Anoaʻi-family wrestler here?
This is a WWE-only ranking, not a claim to list every Anoaʻi-family wrestler working anywhere in the world. “Active” means that WWE maintained a current superstar profile for the wrestler as of October 8, 2026; that roster-based test does not establish that each person had wrestled a match within a particular recent period. The five profiles in scope are Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Jacob Fatu.
The boundary matters: WWE profiles and activity establish a useful WWE roster list, but they do not amount to a complete survey of independent, international, or other promotion rosters. A worldwide “every active wrestler” list would require a broader scope and a defined activity window.
How the ranking works
The ranking weighs documented career achievement, prominence at the cutoff, longevity, and contribution as an individual or tag-team wrestler. The available official profile material does not provide comparable records for all five, including matched title histories and career milestones. It therefore supports a clear first place, but not a defensible separation among the remaining four. Those four are tied at second; their order below is alphabetical by ring name, not a judgment that one outranks another.

The ranking
1. Roman Reigns
Reigns takes first because WWE identified him as World Heavyweight Champion on his current profile at the October 8, 2026 cutoff. That is the strongest direct evidence of current prominence among the five in this comparison. WWE’s family-history account identifies him as Sika’s son.
Tied for 2nd: Jacob Fatu
WWE describes Fatu as the son of The Tonga Kid and a cousin of Reigns, The Usos, and Solo Sikoa. His WWE biography says he debuted in the company on June 21, 2024, and recounts his subsequent story with Reigns. Those facts establish his place in the current WWE group, but do not provide a comparable basis for placing him above or below the other three tied wrestlers.

Tied for 2nd: Jey Uso
Jey is one of the five current WWE-profiled wrestlers in scope. WWE’s Solo Sikoa biography identifies Jey as Solo’s brother. The available profile material does not establish comparable career totals or other rank-separating evidence for Jey, so assigning him a distinct position would imply more certainty than the evidence supports.
Tied for 2nd: Jimmy Uso
Jimmy is also among the five current WWE-profiled wrestlers. WWE describes him as Solo’s brother. As with Jey, the material available for this comparison does not establish a matched career record that would justify placing him above or below the other members of the tied group.

Tied for 2nd: Solo Sikoa
WWE describes Solo as Roman Reigns’ cousin and the brother of Jimmy and Jey Uso. His profile recounts his Bloodline history and lists recent WWE activity. These details document his roster and storyline presence, but the available evidence does not provide enough comparable career information to break the tie with Fatu or either Uso.
How WWE describes the family connections
The family is a multi-generation wrestling lineage, but company bios and storylines should not be mistaken for a complete genealogical chart. WWE’s Wild Samoans history describes Afa and Sika as brothers and tag-team partners, identifies Samu as Afa’s son and Rikishi as Afa and Sika’s nephew, and names Reigns as Sika’s son. WWE’s profiles describe the relationships among the five ranked wrestlers as noted above.

These are WWE’s stated relationships and framing. They provide context for the roster list without establishing which other descendants, if any, are currently wrestling in other promotions.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why this is not a worldwide “every active wrestler” list
A current WWE profile is a workable, transparent cutoff for this five-person ranking, but it cannot prove that the same five are the only active Anoaʻi-family wrestlers. No all-promotion roster or shared recency standard is established here. The title is therefore best understood within the stated WWE scope and date, rather than as a census of the family’s wrestlers across the industry.
