Rey Mysterio is another notably older WWE name, at 51 on that same date. These are calculated ages, not ages published by WWE, and the available evidence does not establish a complete age-ranked roster.
Who is the oldest WWE wrestler on the roster?
WWE’s Superstars directory lists R-Truth, and his official WWE profile provides current WWE context. A secondary reference lists his birth date as January 19, 1972. That makes him 54 as of October 8, 2026.
WWE’s reviewed profile does not give his date of birth. The birth-date basis comes from WrestleRadar, not from WWE. Its page also gives an age in prose that conflicts with the listed birth date, so the age here is calculated from the date of birth and the stated cutoff date.
Other older WWE Superstars
Rey Mysterio is another notably older name listed in the current WWE roster context. A secondary reference gives his birth date as December 11, 1974, which makes him 51 as of October 8, 2026. WWE’s reviewed materials confirm his identity and career but do not establish his birth date; the date comes from the secondary reference Wikipedia’s Rey Mysterio entry.

| Wrestler | Roster evidence | Birth-date basis | Calculated age on October 8, 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| R-Truth | Listed in WWE’s Superstars directory; official profile at WWE.com | January 19, 1972; secondary reference, WrestleRadar | 54 |
| Rey Mysterio | Older WWE name; secondary birth-date reference, not an age field in the reviewed WWE materials | December 11, 1974; secondary reference, Wikipedia | 51 |
Why this is not a definitive roster ranking
WWE’s directory is a useful source for whether a person is listed by the company, but the reviewed pages do not provide a roster-wide age field or official birth dates for every candidate. The evidence therefore supports a snapshot of prominent older names, not a complete, official ranking of every wrestler.
Roster listing also does not mean a wrestler has a full-time in-ring schedule. An age comparison should distinguish directory presence from current match activity, occasional appearances, or non-wrestling roles. The ages above are calculated as of October 8, 2026, and depend on birth dates attributed to secondary sources.
