TNA published the performance on its verified YouTube channel on November 29, 2025; the upload’s indexed listing showed 278,513 views and 10,000 likes at the time recorded. Those figures show activity on that video, not a live count or a measure of the clip’s reach across platforms.
What happened in the TNA segment?
TNA billed the segment as a special concert on the Thanksgiving edition of TNA iMPACT!, with Hendry, Hardy, and Creed’s “My Sacrifice” named in the official video description. TNA Wrestling’s official upload was published November 29, 2025. PopCrush also described it as an in-ring concert.

According to Cageside Seats, the segment was filmed in July, then broadcast during the Thanksgiving episode. Its account says Hendry performed his theme, Hardy joined him, and the two also performed Hardy’s “Modest” before “My Sacrifice.” The Nemeth brothers interrupted afterward. That filming detail comes from secondary coverage; TNA’s description confirms the Thanksgiving setting but does not state when the segment was taped.
Why are wrestling fans talking about the song?
One plausible reason is nostalgia. PopCrush points to “My Sacrifice”’s association with wrestling video packages, and a general reference account describes WWE promotional tribute videos using the track in late 2001 and early 2002. The historical link is not established here through a WWE archive, so it is best understood as context rather than a definitive account of every use.
#1 Best Overall
Some individual Reddit commenters recalled early-2000s wrestling video packages and commented on the crowd shots in the performance. Those comments illustrate how some viewers received the clip; they do not establish a consensus or explain every viewer’s interest.
What does “viral” mean in this case?
The clearest available measure is the official YouTube listing: its indexed result showed 278,513 views and 10,000 likes. The indexed YouTube result showed those figures when observed; they are not confirmed current lifetime totals. No named primary publisher or research organization figure establishes the clip’s combined reach across platforms, viewer demographics, or broader virality. The word “viral” therefore describes the story’s framing, while the verifiable scale here is limited to the indexed listing for TNA’s upload.

Was the performance filmed on Thanksgiving?
No. Cageside Seats reports that the concert was filmed in July and later aired on the Thanksgiving episode. The official TNA description identifies the episode on which it appeared, but does not give a filming date.
