“They May Get Their Wish,” FBI: International Season 4, Episode 15, premiered in the United States on March 18, 2025. Its Gibraltar case puts a wanted televangelist seeking asylum in the Fly Team’s path. A review by CBR’s Brittany Frederick praises the villain and action but faults the episode for lacking major character development and surprises. The review headline promises “1 Big Flaw,” but the available excerpt does not identify which subplot it means.
What is “They May Get Their Wish” about?
The episode centers on a televangelist on the FBI’s most-wanted list who seeks asylum in Gibraltar. Political stonewalling complicates the Fly Team’s investigation, while the preacher targets the daughter of one of his disciples. That premise comes from Showbiz Junkies’ episode preview; it does not provide a complete recap or explain how the case ends.
When did the episode air, and who made it?
“They May Get Their Wish” is Season 4, Episode 15 of FBI: International. CBR’s review and Showbiz Junkies’ preview both give its original U.S. premiere date as March 18, 2025. The preview credits Peter Stebbings as director and Kyle Steinbach as writer.
What does the review praise and criticize?
CBR reviewer Brittany Frederick describes the episode as uncomfortable and creepy, but considers its case satisfying because of the villain. She also notes that the episode has action. Those are the reviewer’s judgments, not evidence of a broader audience consensus.

Frederick’s visible criticisms are that the episode offers no significant character development and no surprises. The excerpt also mentions a subplot that might make viewers roll their eyes, but does not explain what happens in it.
What is the “one big flaw”?
The available CBR excerpt does not establish which specific element the headline calls the episode’s “1 Big Flaw.” It mentions a potentially eye-roll-inducing subplot without identifying or explaining it, so assigning the headline to a particular character or plot point would be guesswork. The review excerpt also does not support a detailed verdict on the episode’s ending.
