Christian Chávez did not confirm that Anahí was involved in the RBD tour’s financial dispute. When asked about rumors implicating her, he called them “chismes” — gossip — and declined to discuss the legal matter. The public reporting describes an accounting dispute and conflicting statements, not a finding that Anahí committed fraud.
What Christian Chávez said about the rumors
TV Azteca reported on June 10, 2024, that Chávez was asked about rumors that Anahí might have been implicated in the alleged fraud surrounding RBD’s Soy Rebelde Tour. He replied: “Yo de todas esas cosas no les puedo decir nada porque son chismes.” In English: “I can’t tell you anything about all those things because they’re gossip.” TV Azteca’s report
Chávez also described RBD as being like siblings, noting that family members may not see one another often and can have disagreements. His remarks were a refusal to comment on the substance of the legal matter; they did not confirm Anahí’s involvement.
What the financial dispute was about
In reporting published May 22, 2024, CNN Brasil reproduced a statement from RBD saying that a forensic accounting investigation by Citrin Cooperman had found significant irregularities. According to the group’s statement, T6H Entertainment had received tour-related funds since December 2022, and close to US$1 million remained unverified after receipts and documents provided by T6H were considered. This was a figure attributed to RBD’s account of the review, not a court-established loss or proof of theft. CNN Brasil’s report

T6H denied that it or former manager Guillermo Rosas had committed fraud or misused funds, according to the same report. The public accounts therefore differ: RBD reported unresolved accounting irregularities, while T6H denied wrongdoing. An unverified amount is not, by itself, evidence that money was stolen or that a particular person was criminally responsible.
What Anahí said
In a June 2024 interview with Ventaneando, as reported by Telemundo on June 18, Anahí said she wanted clarity. She described Rosas as one of her best friends for 18 years and said the professional split also ended a close friendship. Telemundo reported that she said she had nothing to hide and was considering another audit. These were Anahí’s public comments; they do not determine the result of the accounting review. What later reports said—and what they do not establish
El Universal reported on October 4, 2024, that Maite Perroni, Christian Chávez, and Christopher von Uckermann said they would proceed legally against Rosas. Follow-up coverage reported Rosas’s position that the matter had concluded and said T6H had accepted a little over US$5 million against a claim of about US$10 million for tour management. Another report described the members’ statement as referring to a resolution or agreement. El Universal’s October 4 report El Universal’s follow-up report
Those reports describe the parties’ statements about a business dispute and its reported resolution. The reported payment is not established as a fraud loss, and the coverage does not establish a criminal conviction, a judicial finding of fraud, or Anahí’s involvement. The cited reporting does not provide a court record determining those questions.
