As Ever’s raspberry spread is made with raspberries, organic cane sugar, lemon juice concentrate and pectin—but the official product page’s accessible text does not show its Nutrition Facts values. That means its sugar and calorie content cannot be responsibly quantified here. A useful nutrition read starts with the ingredient list and a measured serving, then checks the package label rather than assuming that a fruit-forward name or short ingredient list makes a spread a better choice.
What As Ever sells now
As Ever’s current shop extends beyond the original launch lineup. It lists fruit spreads, honey, teas, flower sprinkles, mulling spices, bundles, wine, candles and seasonal gift items. Its About page describes the brand as inspired by Meghan’s interest in cooking, entertaining and hosting; that is the company’s description, not an independent nutrition assessment. See the official As Ever shop and About page.
The distinction matters because the launch collection is historical, not a guide to everything currently offered. As Ever’s March 4, 2025 announcement introduced eight products: raspberry spread in keepsake packaging, three herbal teas, flower sprinkles, crêpe mix, shortbread cookie mix with flower sprinkles, and limited-edition wildflower honey with honeycomb. The announcement said the launch was available nationwide within the 50 U.S. states. The launch announcement describes that initial collection, not the present catalog.
What is in the raspberry spread?
The official listing names four ingredients, in this order: raspberries, organic pure cane sugar, organic lemon juice concentrate and fruit pectin. The jar is 7.6 oz (215 g); the page gives a serving as 1 tablespoon (18 g), with approximately 12 servings per jar. It listed the product at $12 when retrieved. These are listing details, not a guarantee of current price or availability. The official raspberry spread page is the source for the ingredients and package information.

#1 Best Overall
The ingredient order tells you raspberries are listed before sugar, but it does not tell you how many grams of total or added sugar are in a serving. The accessible page text showed a Nutrition Facts heading without readable panel values. Do not infer sugar, calories or other nutrient totals from the ingredients, jar size or approximate serving count; verify them on a legible package label before making numerical comparisons.
How to judge a serving
Use the listed 1-tablespoon (18 g) serving as a starting point for reading the label, not as a claim about how much everyone eats. If you use more, the amount of sugar and calories will scale with the portion, so measure the amount you actually spread when comparing products. For a meaningful comparison with another jam or fruit spread, check both labels on the same serving basis and consider price per ounce as well as ingredients and intended use. Consistent current label data for competing brands is not established here.

What about the teas, honey and flower sprinkles?
The Complete As Ever Pantry listing groups several different kinds of products, so they should not be treated as nutritionally interchangeable. It includes raspberry, strawberry and orange spreads; honey; lemon ginger, hibiscus and peppermint teas; flower sprinkles; candles; and hot toddy and spiced cider mulling spice kits. The listing price was $295 when retrieved, but bundle contents and prices can change. See the official Complete As Ever Pantry page for the listed contents and ingredients.
- Teas: The listed peppermint tea contains peppermint alone, the hibiscus tea contains hibiscus flowers alone, and the lemon ginger tea lists ginger, lemongrass, lemon peel, licorice root and spearmint. Those ingredient lists describe the teas; they do not establish nutrient values for a prepared cup or account for additions such as honey.
- Honey: Honey is a sweetener. Floral sourcing or gift packaging does not change its basic role when you use it to sweeten food or a drink; compare portions and use it according to your preference.
- Flower sprinkles: The listed ingredients are dried rose, calendula, blue cornflower petals and hibiscus flowers. The product is presented as a garnish. The listing does not establish a nutritional advantage, and a short or botanical ingredient list alone is not evidence that a product is nutritionally superior.
Has a dietitian publicly reviewed As Ever?
The sources available for this article do not identify a dietitian who has publicly tasted or assessed As Ever’s products. Good Housekeeping writer Susan Choung published a hands-on consumer review on August 29, 2025, reporting that she taste-tested the rosé, jam, flower sprinkles, crêpe mix and tea. Her sensory and value judgments belong to that review; they are not a dietitian’s nutrition assessment. Read Choung’s Good Housekeeping review for her reported tasting impressions.
