This describes what Marvel has publicly listed, not proof that a second season could never be made. There is no announced date to put on a calendar.
When did the first season come out?
The first season has five episodes, released together in the United States on Disney+ and Hulu. Disney’s November 3, 2023 release announcement gave January 10, 2024, as the launch date. Marvel’s series page lists January 9, 2024. Neither source explains the one-day difference, so the dates should not be treated as reconciled.

The first season follows Maya Lopez as she is pursued by Wilson Fisk’s criminal empire and returns home to confront her family and legacy. What is known—and not known—about a follow-up?
- Confirmed: The first season is a five-episode series, released as a full-season drop in the United States in January 2024.
- Not announced in the official sources checked: a second season, its release date, a production start, a story premise or cast returns.
- Not established: whether a future season will be made. The absence of a catalogue entry is a point-in-time public-status observation, not a cancellation announcement.
