Starfish on Season 11 of The Masked Singer was actor Kate Flannery. The show’s official reveal video names her, while TVLine connects two of Starfish’s clues to details from her background and career.
Who was Starfish on The Masked Singer?
Starfish was Kate Flannery, best known for playing Meredith Palmer on The Office. The identity is confirmed by the official reveal video, titled “The Reveal: Kate Flannery is Starfish | Season 11 | The Masked Singer.” FOX 11 Los Angeles reported that Starfish went home in a double elimination alongside Ugly Sweater.
What were Starfish’s clues?
The steakhouse story
The show’s official Starfish clue-video description says she shared a story about serving famous customers while working at a steakhouse, and then becoming famous herself. The video was published on March 7, 2024. The description establishes that story as part of the clue package, but does not provide enough detail to reliably decode every image or spoken clue.
The four-leaf clover
TVLine associated a four-leaf clover shown in Starfish’s first episode with Flannery’s Irish heritage. This is a clue interpretation reported by TVLine, rather than a meaning independently confirmed in the cited material by Flannery.

The doll
TVLine also linked a doll in the clue package to Flannery’s role in the 1996 Off-Broadway production of Valley of the Dolls. As with the clover, this is TVLine’s interpretation of the clue.
What can be said confidently about the clue package?
The available evidence supports the steakhouse story and TVLine’s readings of the clover and doll. It does not establish a complete, verified inventory of Starfish’s clues, so other visual details should not be treated as decoded facts without additional sourcing.
