Who went home in Episode 18?
Jeremiah Brown and Hannah Fields were the two Episode 18 departures. ComingSoon’s episode guide and Marie Claire’s Season 7 cast guide both identify them as the Islanders who left.
ComingSoon’s June 22, 2025 episode guide reports that TJ Palma and Andreina Santos were not part of this elimination round. The remaining Islanders were saved one by one, after which the Islanders chose one man and one woman from the vulnerable group. Jeremiah and Hannah were selected.
