Who are the new Season 4 cast members?
Edie Falco as Nina Hobbes
Falco joins as Nina Hobbes, the new warden at Anchor Bay Prison. Her arrival gives Mike a formidable institutional opponent. In a CBS Mornings interview reported October 22, 2025, Renner said, “To come up against a brick wall like Nina Hobbs, the new warden in town, creates real real real problems for Mike throughout the entire season.”
Lennie James as Frank Moses and Laura Benanti as Cindy Stephens
James joins the regular-series cast as Frank Moses, and Benanti joins as Cindy Stephens. Paramount’s Season 4 guide names both characters but does not establish further character details in its cast listing.

How Season 3 sets up the returning cast
Season 4 follows the fallout from Mike’s Season 3 actions. The Russians’ fall leaves a power vacuum, a new gang enters the picture, and Mike must contend with a gang war while trying to protect his family. The returning cast is therefore not simply reprising settled roles: the shift in power changes the pressures on Mike, Bunny and the law-enforcement players around them.
Renner described the show’s tightly connected ensemble to CBS News in an interview reported October 22, 2025: “It is a pretty intense show. … all the main storyline involves all of the players, the main players, in the show. So there are not a lot of side storylines that you have to kind of follow, so it keeps everything pretty intense for everybody on the show.”

When did Season 4 premiere, and where can you watch it?
Season 4 premiered Sunday, October 26, 2025. Paramount+ announced that new episodes would arrive on Sundays through the season finale. Paramount+’s March 2026 release says Seasons 1–4 are available to binge on the service; availability can vary by country.
Paramount+’s August 20, 2025 Season 4 guide said the series reached more than 8.8 million households worldwide during its Season 3 run and was the service’s No. 1 show at that time. That is a reported household measure for Season 3, not a Season 4 audience figure or a current ranking.
