The MCU’s fourth Tom Holland Spider-Man film is Spider-Man: Brand New Day. It opened in theaters on July 31, 2026, and Sony now lists it as available to watch at home. The story takes place four years after Spider-Man: No Way Home, with Peter Parker forgotten by the world and living as a full-time crime-fighter.
What is the official title of Spider-Man 4?
Sony’s official title is Spider-Man: Brand New Day. It is the fourth film featuring Tom Holland as Spider-Man and, according to Sony, the final MCU release before Avengers: Doomsday (2026). What is the story about?
The film is set four years after No Way Home. Following Doctor Strange’s spell, the world has forgotten Peter Parker. Peter now fights crime full-time as Spider-Man while watching former friends build lives that no longer include him. Sony’s synopsis says an uncontrolled change in Peter may be connected to a powerful threat no one can see; it does not disclose more about that threat.
