Spoilers for Big Brother 26’s Week 11: Head of Household Makensy Manbeck nominated Kimo Apaka and Rubina Bernabe. Makensy later won the Power of Veto and did not use it, so the nominations remained unchanged, according to Parade’s October 4 report.
Who did Makensy nominate in Week 11?
Makensy Manbeck, the Week 11 Head of Household, initially put Kimo Apaka and Rubina Bernabe on the block. Parade reported that she kept her trio off the block and nominated Kimo and Rubina instead. Parade’s Week 11 spoiler report identifies the nominees and the subsequent veto outcome.
Did the Power of Veto change the nominations?
No. Parade reports that Makensy won the Power of Veto and chose not to use it, leaving Kimo and Rubina as the nominees in its account. That describes the post-veto status, not the eventual eviction result.
Why “Week 11” does not mean Episode 11
Week 11 refers to the season’s game-week timeline, not the eleventh numbered episode. CBS’s Episode 34 guide dates the episode to September 29, 2024, and describes five houseguests remaining after the double eviction, with two more hitting the block. Episode 35, dated October 3, refers to the nominees and the move to the Final Four.

- Big Brother the Game - Get Ready for the Real Confrontation
By contrast, CBS’s Season 26, Episode 11 page dates that episode August 8, 2024, and describes the early-season AI Arena and a third nominee. It is a separate episode and is not evidence about the Week 11 nominations.
How the nomination news developed
Big Brother Network identified Makensy as the new Week 11 HOH in a September 27 report. Its same-day feed highlights described discussion of possible nominations and concern about Kimo, but those discussions were not the ceremony result. The later Parade report supplies the nominee names and says the veto did not change the block.
Rank #2
CBS’s episode guides establish the timing and episode numbering, but the Week 11 nominee names and veto result are reported by Parade rather than confirmed in the cited CBS descriptions.
