When does Season 3 come out?
Netflix has not announced a release date. Its September 25 update says production has started in San Francisco, California, but gives no premiere or filming-wrap date. Production timing and the release schedules of earlier seasons are not confirmation of a Season 3 launch window.
What is Season 3 about?
The confirmed case begins when Coco Van Beck, described by Netflix as a grande dame of San Francisco society, hires Charles to find out who is trying to sabotage her philanthropic work. Netflix has not disclosed the suspected saboteur, a full season arc, individual episode plots, the episode count, or details of the finale.

The case continues the show’s pattern of placing Charles undercover in a new setting. Netflix describes Season 1 as an investigation into a jewelry theft at the Pacific View retirement community, and Season 2 as an investigation into interference with a major donation while Charles is undercover as an engineering professor at Wheeler College. The first season was inspired by the Oscar-nominated documentary The Mole Agent.
