Spoilers for Love Island USA Season 6, Episode 31. Rob ended things with Daniella, the Islanders took on the “Hearts on Fire” challenge, and America’s vote put three couples at risk. Then Kassy returned as a bombshell, chose Rob, and Daniella, Sierra and Harrison were dumped.
Rob ends his relationship with Daniella
The episode’s breakup comes before the vote-driven dumping. Peacock’s week-five recap says Rob told Daniella that his feelings were not as strong as hers, then ended their relationship. They were left single. The recap does not provide further dialogue or a more detailed explanation of his decision.
The Islanders take on “Hearts on Fire”
In the heart-rate challenge, the Islanders danced and flirted in costumes as monitors measured their heart rates. The boys won. Maura Higgins introduced Kassy, a Season 5 contestant, before the challenge.
America’s vote puts three couples in danger
America had voted for its favorite couples. The three least-voted couples were Kaylor and Aaron, Rob and Daniella, and Harrison and Sierra, leaving all three vulnerable. The Islanders saved Kaylor and Aaron.

Kassy chooses Rob, and three Islanders leave
Kassy had to choose between Rob and Harrison, both of whom she knew from the previous season. She chose Rob. Daniella, Sierra and Harrison were then dumped from the villa.
The two departures involving Daniella are separate events: Rob first ended their relationship, and she later left as part of the vote’s elimination consequences. Peacock’s official episode listing gives Episode 31 a runtime of 64 minutes and mentions the challenge and America’s vote results; those details are listing information, not a transcript. Peacock’s week-five recap covers Episodes 27–32 and was published July 18, 2024.
