The video was an edited montage; whether to call it propaganda or gamification is an interpretation, not something the edit alone proves.
What the video showed

The Washington Post described White House communications director Steven Cheung sharing a video that interwove real strikes with a kill-streak segment from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Why the juxtaposition drew criticism
The clip was part of a broader stream of White House posts combining Iran-war imagery with references to video games, films, and sports.
