A 2018 Día a Día article also attributes an account to Brim describing a period without contact around Iyanna’s birth and later co-parenting. It reproduces her Spanish statement, “En 1999 descubrí que estaba embarazada de nuestra hija, Iyanna” (“In 1999 I discovered I was pregnant with our daughter, Iyanna”).

The 2018 Día a Día report mentions a boutique associated with Brim, but that older coverage does not establish whether the business is still operating or whether she currently owns it. It should not be taken as confirmation of her present-day business status.
