The review does not supply enough technical detail to support claims about its construction or performance. Nor does it establish that the car is the original Plymouth concept vehicle; it is safest to refer to it as the show’s Plymouth XNR build rather than claim it is the original.
’32 Ford Roadster “Cash Car” — Season 6
This later-season build has a clearly documented starting point. In an announcement dated October 22, 2024, Speedway Motors said its Signature Series ’32 Roadster Kit Car was used as the starting point for Gotham Garage’s Season 6 ’32 Ford Roadster, nicknamed the “Cash Car.” The announcement says the finished car was built for Pechanga Resort Casino.

The distinction matters: the kit was the starting point, not necessarily a reproduction of the completed show car. The announcement supports the connection between the kit and the build, but does not describe a full specification or independently rate the finished workmanship.
Which build best represents Car Masters: Rust to Riches?
It depends on what you value. The Futura and XNR have the strongest support as notable builds in the cited editorial coverage. The “Cash Car” is the clearest example here of a build tied to the show’s trade-up approach, with a named kit supplier documenting its role in the project. None can be declared the definitive winner on the available evidence: the sources do not compare the three directly or provide measured performance and build-quality results.

What happened to the Futura and XNR builds?
The cited sources do not establish the current ownership, location, or availability of either build. Their appearance in the series and a reviewer’s praise do not answer what happened to them afterward.
