The official reveal took the form of physical postcards placed in four cities—not footage or a plot preview.
Who plays each Beatle?
| Actor | Character |
|---|---|
| Harris Dickinson | John Lennon |
| Paul Mescal | Paul McCartney |
| Joseph Quinn | George Harrison |
| Barry Keoghan | Ringo Starr |
The images on the cards offer a first look at the four lead actors in character. They do not show scenes from the films or disclose a story sequence.
Why were the first-look images released as postcards?
The Beatles’ official campaign framed the reveal as a physical discovery for fans: postcards were placed in Liverpool, Hamburg, New York and Tokyo. The locations included music shops and landmark areas such as the Reeperbahn, the Cavern Club area, LIPA and the surroundings of Central Park. The campaign account reported 4,000 individually numbered cards, with more than 200 signed by the four lead actors.
That was a promotional campaign, not an announcement that the cards are for sale. The official campaign does not say that its numbered postcards are commercially available, or that the four images constitute a complete collectible set.

How will the four Beatles films fit together?
Sam Mendes is directing a project of four theatrical films, each told from the perspective of one Beatles member. The official project description says the perspectives will intersect as a single story. That makes the format different from a conventional single-film biopic, but the announcements do not specify that the films will open on the same day or in a particular order.
